Terms of Service

1. Account & eligibility

Registration information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Some features (such as paid courses or official competitions) may require you to be at least 18 or have guardian consent.

2. Acceptable use

CYBRT-IQ is an educational platform. All challenges and labs run in isolated training environments. Strictly prohibited:

• Using any skill or tool from the platform against systems you lack explicit permission to test.
• Attacking the platform's own infrastructure outside the designated challenge scope (isolated lab environments excepted).
• Publicly sharing solutions to active challenges or exam answers without permission.
• Cheating, point manipulation, or using multiple accounts in competitions.
• Posting illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing content.

3. Organizations

You may join organizations (universities, companies, teams) on the platform. Membership is subject to the organization's approval and its internal rules in addition to these Terms.

4. Paid content

Some courses and features are paid. A purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access and no right to redistribute the content. Refund details are set out in the Refund & Payment Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All platform content (text, challenges, labs, design, logos) is owned by CYBRT-IQ or its licensed content providers and protected by IP laws. See the Content & IP Policy for details.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible. You may delete your account in Settings; legal records (payments, certificates) are retained per the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any unlawful use of skills acquired through the platform.
