This policy defines content ownership on CYBRT-IQ and the terms for instructor- and organization-submitted content.
All original platform content (challenges, labs, text, design, logos, code) is owned by CYBRT-IQ and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
Instructors and organizations keep ownership of their original content. By submitting content for publication, the provider grants CYBRT-IQ a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it to registered users under the platform's terms.
Providers affirm they hold full rights to submitted content, that it infringes no third party's rights, and that it meets the platform's quality and review standards.
Content you post in public spaces (profile, teams, comments) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the platform. You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you post.
If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, email legal@cyberiq.club with: a description of the infringed work, the content URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We review reports, remove infringing content, and notify the parties.
The platform may remove or reject any content violating this policy, the Terms of Service, or the law, without prejudice to owners' IP rights.
