Refund & Payment Policy

1. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in the advertised display currency; taxes may apply by country. You receive an email confirmation and a PDF invoice for every transaction.

2. Coupons & discounts

Coupons apply at checkout only and are not redeemable for cash. Coupons scoped to an organization or course do not work outside that scope.

3. Refunds

Refunds are manual: requests are reviewed by the admin team and processed within 14 days. When a refund is granted, your course access is withdrawn and any certificate issued for it is revoked.

• Refunds are typically accepted within 14 days of purchase if no substantial part of the content was consumed.
• Completed content or certificates already in use are not refundable.
• Fraud or abuse cases are rejected and may lead to account suspension.

4. Failed payments & disputes

No access is granted for failed payments. Chargebacks may lead to immediate access suspension until resolved.
